School is out and summer is in the air. It’s now time to start thinking about where your children will best enjoy their summer vacation. No stay in Japan would be complete without a summer experience that included not only sampling the local culture and people, but doing so in a safe, culturally diverse, and, most importantly, FUN environment! Children will surely enjoy a camp experience that includes panoramic ocean views from every classroom with the mountains as a backdrop. And here’s the best part: We don’t just look at the ocean; we swim in it almost every day! A nice park with a large play area is also just a stone’s throw away. Here at Hayama International School, we have a well-trained, fun-loving, multicultural staff that is devoted to ensuring that your children have a fun-filled summer camp experience with “themed” activities every week! With safety as our primary concern, we strive to maintain a conservative student-to-teacher ratio of 12 students to each counselor – especially for outdoor and arts and crafts activities.
